    Construction, Logging, and Farm Equipment:

Historically and currently, the auction method of marketing has been the way to buy or sell machinery.
    Seller Responsibility:

  • Have ready to start (new batteries will pay for themselves) w/adequate fuel, oil, and hydraulic levels,
  • Service and owner's manuals put in clear plastic bags and attached to equipment,

  • It is beneficial to represent your item(s) at auction, and to start and demonstrate. If you cannot attend, we will provide an operator.

There is always a demand for good trucks and vehicles.
    Seller Responsibility:

  • Title and lien release(s) must be delivered with the vehicle, and provide us with two sets of keys,
  • Vehicles should be delivered to the auction lot 10 days prior to auction as buyers stop to preview vehicles.
  • It is beneficial to represent your vehicle at auction and to start and demonstrate. If you cannot attend, an operator will be provided.
