Industrial #1- This area includes a total of 13,848 sq. ft., construction dates 1977, 1988, and 1992. Ceiling heights range from 9.5-11.5-ft. This area includes many smaller areas, such as mfg. areas, paint booths, mechanical rooms, tool rooms, hazardous material room, and an office area of approx. 300 sq.ft., including two smaller offices. There are two overhead exterior doors; 12’x9’, and 12’x10’, one located on the S end of the bldg. and one on the NW side of bldg. Also included in this area is a 24’x50’ hallway which connects this area to the next including two 8’x10’ overhead doors, w/recessed loading docks. Heated with a forced air furnace, fueled by propane and cooled with a ground-mounted exterior air conditioning unit. 

Industrial #4- Most recently constructed in 2011, with 18’ clear height. Includes 40’x152’ (6,080 sq.ft.) of storage space, in addition to a 16’x12’ (192 sq.ft.) hallway with overhead doors to connect to the previous mfg. area. There are concrete floors and automatic fluorescent lighting. No heat or insulation. Service door and 12’x16’ overhead door.
